How I spent my lovely (and relaxing) day:
First, I sent my sister off to college then return home and cleaned, organized, and rearranged. After that I called Jill to come have a playdate with me. I was denied a lovely afternoon with her because her family is having family movie night (day). Apon recording this news I decided to make bread!!! The first recipe told me it needed to sit for 12-16 hours (which I found out after making the dough... Now I will be making bread at approximately midnight.) So I made a different recipe that Chloe recommended! I hope it's good! Anyway while it was rising, I made some butter and started Chloe's Christmas present...... Sorry Clo, I'm a little late. As of now, the dough is still rising (for a second time) and I am planning on making some granola/cereal for the week ahead. I am patiently awaiting the return of my brother from New Hamshire where he was visiting friends. I think this is all the news of my day, believe it or not it has been a slow one... I'm still in my pj's. :) I am SUPER excited for tomorrow night when I welcome in the new year with Ridgefield's very own, JILLIAN!
